The app is awesome but.....

I put three stars for two reasons. Firstly,the items in the shopping list often disappear and it is really annoying to search the same things again. Secondly, the favorite list has a same problem. From my account,it shows that I have 40 items in the list but it shows only 19 of them.
I would like the company fix these problems as soon as possible. Thank you.
