Have just made my second purchase from this company. I purchased the scoop neck sleeveless striped sundress in size XL as I was 5 months pregnant. It fit wonderfully. The only thing I disliked was the length I had to wait for the item to arrive to Canada. But it was a good quality dress. All in all I was happy enough to order from them again :D

Absolutely terrible, do not shop here. I ordered around 300-400 dollars in clothes and its been around 5 months and I have not seen one thing come in yet. I tried to contact them but they said they shipped it to me. It is a total scam

Is been 4 months and I dont have my jacket the customer service is the worse one so I have to wait for 3 months to see if I get my product and after the 3 months customer service send a email saying that they going to send the jacket now and guess what the jacket is not here yet I ordered August 15

Its been 3 months havent received my order yet and I try to contact them no one is replaying back

I bought two items took 25 days processing time not(5-10) days as they mentioned & I paid for fast shipping paid38$ and I received after 13 days from shipment date not(3-7)as they mentioned paid also25$ to DHL (fees) to able to receive item & finally packed in a very bad condition,regarding customer service such a bad service I ever seen from shopping online they sent mails to me concerning other orders not belongs to me ,too late responding regarding tickets I issued. I will never buy again from this site.

I just wanna say this site isnt a scam it really depends on what you order. Pay attention to reviews before buying

I am so happy with the order I got! I ordered the black jacket with the fur inside. Its a little tight on the arms but Im in the process of losing weight anyways so itll fit even better soon! I also ordered the black boots with fur that go half way up the leg. And a bright blue sweater with grey inside the hoodie. I ordered on a Friday and they shipped the next day!! I got my stuff exactly a week later which is beyond me... Ive never got any order that fast. Download this app! I highly recommend it. I placed another order so Ill be seeing that very soon! Thank you so much Sammydress!!! And dont listen to everyone saying not to download it. The form to fill out for shipping is slightly tricky in my opinion. But I did it properly and I got everything in a week so I dont know whats these peoples problems are lol!

The website is alright (pretty sure I got a virus from it though). You definitely need to be careful what you buy because of quality and sizing issues. But the app is really flakey and crashes way too much.

Great site, excellent selection, be cautious of size conversions and double check sizing chart for every item. Placed my second order.

What a nightmare. Placed my order and they packaged it and left it on their warehouse shelf and closed for 10 days. Then waited two more to ship it. Tracking info is in Chinese. Customer service is anything but. They dont answer any concerns, just send generic responses. DO NOT use this company.

I placed an order in February. Finally received it and the product was nothing like the photos. Ive tried to submit a ticket to get a refund & it doesnt work in their website. Ive also called and left 4 voice messages ! No one has returned my call. Total waste of your time and money. Do not purchase from here.

Ordered two bikinis in January just received one today March 17 and the other one still havent received it very poor shipping and delivery slow but I like the stuff at least wish do send you stuff and ask if u have received it or not and the refund you and plus give you a gift certificate and if u do receive your item its free not happy at all on the shipping process and the tracking

Every time I try to look at dress the app always shuts down. Found a really pretty dress and went to add to cart, app froze shut down and now I cant find the dress. PLEASE FIX!!

I love this app a lot! The one thing is, is that it crashes all the time. Especially certain things. The same things tend to crash over and over. Please fix soon so I can get to the item and purchase :) thank you!!

I ordered 2 separate occasions and both times the cheap plastic garbage they sent was broken and for a refund they expected me to ship it back to them with my money for the 8$ refund. Smd
