The quality of the clothing is very cheap material. Does not meet your expectations upon delivery. They do not actually charge your debit card/account until MONTHS after the initial transaction! I am currently trying to delete my account with them.

It has amazing prices but you do get what you pay for just make sure you look at the details

This app has great deals, and when the clothes come they are pretty good quality. But this app constantly crashes, it started in the "leggings department" but then the app was crashing when I opened it and now I cant get in

Sizes are not as they say they are. Things run very small because this is a Chines storefront. RETURNS? FORGET IT! Returning costs an arm and a leg. So you will decide not to return. My credit card company was useless in this regard even though they told me they have heard the same complaint about this company before. They went on to say they think RoseGal & SammyDress are sister companies. I agreed I purchased from both. They both presented the same issues and my "troubleshooting number" for each were close in sequence. Learn from my mistake. Check online reviews. I read the bad and overlook the good reviews. Anyone, even a relative or employee of the company, can write a review. Be weary of these storefronts! Be weary!

I cant even view very many items before it just closes itself. Ive ordered two things from this site a dress that was perfect! Love it, great quality. A bathing suit that took two months to get here even though, when I originally ordered it said ships within 5-10 days, it took a bit longer to ship. The bathing suit is a little crooked but not terrible.

I havent tried any products from the website itself but the app is terrible it keeps crashing and I cant shop for two minutes straight.

Like the app to browse but cant purchase anything and cant make purchases on safari so I need to use computer to check out

I had tried & tried to call them & email them before they shipped my orders, but no one contacted me till after my orders were shipped! I needed to change the size on just 1 of the 3 but that didnt happen. And they want to just refund part of my money!

They denied one credit card so I gave another and then they charged both cards for the same wig. Said it was refunded 2 weeks ago but it never was! Ive got nothing but a run around from them since then! Still havent received the wig I paid expedited shipping (6-7 days) and its been 3 weeks!!!

I am happy with the dress i ordered. The size was a little smaller than I anticipated but does fit well. It is comfortable to wear. Overall I am very happy with the product and the delivery time it took to get to me.

You cant expect Nordstrom quality out of a $3 shirt but Ive gotten some great stuff from sammydress. My only issue is the give you double points if you use the app to check out but it crashes sooooooo much. I do my shopping on my browser then just use the app to check out for the points.
