Im really loving this app for things in the plus size department. However. Im scrolling through and not even half way through the products the app closes itself out. Really irritating. Ive read the reviews and apparently this is a pretty big issue.

Someone is robbing them and me blind- shipping nightmares.

Come on!!!! There are enough reviews about it. You would make a lot more money if this issue would be fixed. Im sure just like myself, many people want to browse and place orders but get fed up with the constant crashing and close the app and head to Amazon instead. Fix it!!!

Ive ordered/received a few items. Yes, clothing was cheaply priced ergo cheaply made but I got it for costumes so no big deal. Jewelry has been very pretty but not well-packaged = earrings arrived w bent posts. Yes, wait times are lengthy and confusing. I placed two orders and received the later order first, leading me to worry about the earlier one. Still waiting. That being said, while service and quality are iffy, the app is out and out TERRIBLE. Every time I tap to check on my order or review items purchased, it crashes. I havent tried ordering from the app because of this experience and other reviews.

Ordered over 6 months ago and still havent received anything!

the prices are amazing. all the clothes are super cute and very trendsetting.

This site has great prices on their products and the size (besides the shoes) is usually perfect, however, the quality of some of the products are very low grade and on top of that, the app constantly crashes. You have to pay additional for shipping, though its not much, shipping is only accessible via computer/ laptop, and until it arrives to your country and gets transferred to your local mail carrier, tracking is a pain. Besides the quality, and tracking/ shipping, they have nice products, great prices and mostly on point sizing.

Crashing over and over again I cant even shop Im about just delete the app fix it please

The price is a dead giveaway!! Cheap price=cheap quality. Poor support with refunds. Buyer beware! I placed an order for an item that I didnt know was out of stock (there was no indication) and still got charged for it and given a credit. The next item was received but made with very poor material. What I ordered was beautiful in the picture but what I got resembled the material used for a childs Halloween costume. Never again! Lesson learned.

Just like cute. Faster shipping... Update.. After complaining they decide to "ship" my order even though I ASKED for a refund. Sigh. Ive gotten over 100 points for logging in and Im never gonna use it.

App crashes after a minute or less of browsing a category.

Every time I try to check on my order on the app it closes. I get kicked off the app. I called the company a couple of times and left my number because I am wondering about an order i made and I still havent heard from them. I still can check the status of my order on this app. I am feeling like I just got ripped off.

I bought a bunch of stuff and its comin now and im super stoked. This hat for my lady is awesome

Ok so I LOVE Sammy dress, but shipping fees are wayyyyyy too much, as well as the quality sometimes isnt as advertised. The first time I ordered I was super happy, the next time I ordered I was horrified, and this last time I ordered I was ecstatic. Also packing could be done way better. Kind of inconsistent but overall I love sammydress.

I love it bought 2 bathing suits & they exactly when I expected to a little long but it was worth it. Yes the app does crashes especially when you trying to track an item they really need to fix that problem . & I will def shop on this site again
